Curb Properties was established in 2017 initially to provide high quality serviced apartments to meet the rapidly growing tourism market in the town.

In 2020 covid hit, like many other self catering providers we housed key workers and guests that were no longer able to stay in Hotels. Luckily the world then started to get back to normal and the property market shifted again.

In 2022 we launched The Chase our stunning Large Group House, offering luxury accommodation for up to 24 people.

Alongside the Chase our portfolio now includes Serviced Apartments and multiple professional house shares, making us one of the largest property providers in Cheltenham.

With so many festivals ranging from the newly born and incredibly popular Wellbeing Festival to literature, Jazz, science and the world renowned Gold cup at Cheltenham Racecourse, Cheltenham has become a melting pot of culture and tourism.
