COVID-19 Information


  • Safety measures

    - Should our staff members need to be present at properties, they will wear a face covering and social distancing will be practised. 


    - Daily temprature checks for employees


    - Office staff, cleaners and contractors will minimise any visit to the properties.

  • Cleaning & Hygiene

    -  Additional focus on high contact areas such as doors, light switches and taps.


    - Cleaning staff will wear gloves and masks inside the property.


    - Cleaning staff will use disinfectant and antibacterial cleaning products ensuring all surfaces are wiped down. Gloves are only removed once outside the apartment.


    - Cleaning staff’s shift patterns are staggered to avoid unnecessary contact with the guests or other staff members.

    Should any guests contract COVID-19, they will be required to inform us.


    The person will be isolated in the apartment with no housekeeping or cleaning services.

Bookings

  • Can I cancel or amend my booking?

    All bookings are non-refundable. 

  • Can I arrange an early check-in or later check-out?

    It is possible to arrange an early check-in or later check-out for £10 per hour subject to availabiliy. Please contact us if you need to amend your check-in or check-out time.

  • Can I extend my booking?

    It is possible to extend your stay subject to availability. 


    If you need to extend your stay, please contact us on 01242 363534 or office@curbproperties.co.uk. Our apartments are very popular so we recommend you contact us ASAP when you know you need an extension.


    If the apartment that you are staying in is unavailable, we will check the availability of other properties and offer you an alternative.

    Viewing can be arranged depending on occupancy of the apartment at the time. Please contact us to arrange a date and time.

  • Can I smoke in the apartment?

    Smoking is not permitted in our aprtments.

Stay


  • When is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am.

  • What are the check-in and check-out procedures?

    We have a self check-in and check-out system. Each property has a key safe or key pad on or near the main door. A check-in instruction with a key code will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival. 

  • What happens if there is an emergency outside of business hours?

    We are always available and ready to assist you in any emergency situations. 


    If you need to contact us outside of office hours, please contact us on our emergency mobile number which you can find in your check-in instruction email.
